ORGANIZATIONS
BUILDING THE PERSONAL SKILLS WORK DEPENDS ON.
Technology is changing work quickly, but organizations still need people who can think clearly, communicate their ideas, work through conflict, adapt when conditions shift, and make their skills visible.
I design and facilitate learning experiences that help emerging talent, career changers, professionals, and teams do that work in practice. My programs strengthen the capabilities organizations rely on every day: communication, collaboration, career navigation, professional storytelling, self-advocacy, conflict navigation, and sustainable performance.
For workforce and talent-development programs, I help participants connect what they already know to the opportunities in front of them. That can mean identifying transferable strengths, preparing for difficult workplace conversations, clarifying a professional story, or building the confidence and practical judgment needed to take the next step.
My work is designed for application. Participants leave with language they can use, decisions they can make, and tools they can bring into a job search, a team meeting, a performance conversation, or their next career move. The result is learning that supports stronger talent readiness, better career mobility, and more useful development experiences..
I help organizations turn learning into action. From focused workshops to longer-term programs, I create experiences that build alignment, strengthen skills, and give participants practical tools they can use right away.
WAYS I WORK
IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS & FACILITATION
Interactive workshops designed for the energy of a live room, from professional development and team sessions to workforce cohorts, ERGs, schools, and community organizations.
Sessions can be tailored around confidence, communication, conflict, storytelling, career navigation, belonging, burnout, or the needs of your specific audience.
LIVE VIRTUAL LEARNING
Every session is designed to feel live and human. Ask me anything. This isn't a webinar, it's a conversation. No script, no performance, just real time answers to real questions no one should be afraid to ask.
I keep participants engaged through conversation, reflection, exercises, breakout work, coaching, and immediate application, not passive listening. Sessions can stand alone or become part of a multi week cohort or learning series.
Custom Intake & Pathway Assessment Design
I built the Learner Pathway Alignment Tool (LPAT) because most intake assessments force a choice between two less than ideal options: a generic personality quiz that doesn't reflect the actual program, or a knowledge test that says nothing about whether someone will thrive in it. LPAT looks at three connected dimensions: a learner's core strengths and identity, how they tend to respond in real situations, and what motivates them to stay engaged. That middle piece matters because how someone responds under real conditions reveals practical judgment that self-description alone misses, and it feels fairer than an abstract personality test. Together, the three dimensions produce a clear, developmental profile that supports real coaching and placement decisions without reducing any learner to a single score or label.
LPAT is fully customizable to your organization's own pathways, roles, and program tracks, so the archetypes, scenarios, and motivation drivers reflect the routes your learners can actually take, not a generic template.
