M.A.S.S. | MINDSET. AGENCY. STORY. STRATEGY.

A SIGNATURE LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE POTENTIAL.

M.A.S.S. is my proprietary workforce development program, designed to help participants recognize their strengths, develop professional confidence, communicate their value, and make informed decisions about their futures.

Previously delivered at ServiceNow, M.A.S.S. can be adapted to organizational learning objectives and participant needs.

The approach brings together four connected dimensions.
