The ANSWER is always… Return to Love

I was adding some quotes to one of my boards on Pinterest and I ran across one of my favorite quotes. As I have mentioned a millions times throught this blog, words are POWERFUL This quote is no exception and as a matter of fact, was pivotal in my ability to attend meet and greets as an actress.

So many years had passed since my acting days and the thought of people wanting to meet me made me uncomfortable. Who was I to sign autographs?  But then I read this…

No matter what is happening in your life today…

Let your light shine. How ever your light expresses itself, be that. Some people don’t know what their light is. They are too caught up in trying to be the same kind of light as someone else. The intimate light of a candle, the beautiful twinkling of stars in a night sky, the warmth of the sun… light sources are not in competition with one another. They all exist and are all here for us. Be brave enough to be yourself and let your light shine. Whatever that is.  Just be the best you can be.

There will always be a challenge ahead or someone who says you can’t or shouldn’t… Be you anyway! “You are a child of God.” If you struggle with the concept of God or you don’t believe in God, replace the word with LOVE or COMPLETENESS or GOODNESS. Soon enough, words won’t matter because when you understand the message you understand that you are love. You’re complete and you’re FABULOUS.
