How to make a Vision Board
A vision board is a collage of images, pictures, and affirmations of dreams, goals & desires (sometimes called a dream board or goal map.) Visualization works. Athletes, astronauts, and even scientists have been using it for decades to improve performance and focus on solutions. You really can manifest what you want in your life when you look at and work for it daily.
I used a wall poster collage technique for the board in the video above but there are different types of vision boards:
1. Pinterest
Pinterest is an online platform that allows you to collect an infinite number of items onto a board. These boards can be kept completely private or shared. You can follow my Pinterest boards HERE.
2. Online Vision Board
To make a vision baord like I did in 2011, you can head over to a site like http://digitaldreamboard.com. To create a board like the one I made in 2016, you can use http://pixlr.com.
3. Scrapbook or 3-Ring Binder
Collect all your images and put them in a scrapbook or 3-ring binder. I have never actually tried this but I do know some people who swear by this technique.
No matter which technique you choose, put your board somewhere special where you will always be looking at it.
