Day 17: Living Carefree

CENTERING THOUGHT * I move through my days lighthearted and care-free knowing all is well.* MANTRA Sat Chit Ananda

Create a list of all the important things you have. Material, spiritual, emotional, etc. For example:

  • I have food to eat.
  • I have a smartphone or laptop so that I can be in touch with the world.
  • I have real friendships.
  • I have an affection for husband,  wife or partner.
  • I have memories.
  • I feel deep love from people who enjoy the movie – “Mi Vida Loca!”

There are no high or low limits in the things you can write down.  Recognize everything you have that matters to you.
